I am a Yogi and my Granddaughter has autism->Ocean 2 Mountain Soul movement came about when the idea of connecting people and children who have Autism with the OM soul-ness of YOGA. Pulling together the two things in my life that I enjoy and creating ripples into the community pond about how essential yoga is for you and your overall well being.The movement for OM Soul is to help connect the dots within our own souls and make your soul sparkle.
